Welcome to the application process for Our Lady of Malibu School.  We hope your experience will help you to get to know more about the wonderful learning opportunities available at Our Lady of Malibu School for your child.

 

We encourage you to make an appointment to visit the school during a school day.  Shadowing days are available for transfer students who want to experience learning in the Our Lady of Malibu School Community.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS STEPS

 

  1. Complete two page application form for each child. ***Applications are available at the school office or online.

 

  1. Return the application to the school with the following items:

 

    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Students)
    • Copy of immunization records
    • Copy of most recent report card
    • Signed permission form to seek recommendations from previous school(s)
    • Attach a photo of your child to the application

 

  1. After all of the paperwork has been received by the office, you will be contacted for a date for:

 

  1. Testing and interview

 

  1. After acceptance, forms for registration and selection of fees will take place at the school office.
